Removing Headlights and Grill

This is a fairly easy job as long as none of the screws are corroded/ heads knackered.

Start by removing the grill, this is held on with 4 screws that are very easily accessible. As you can see this exposed some nasty rust patchs.

Next the headlight cowlings are held on by 4 bolts, 2 at the front and 2 on the top of each cowling.

Unscrew and these lift out.

You now need to remove the headlight bowls. Again these are held on with 4 screws. There are two connectors on the back of the pods. Make sure to disconnect these and make note which is which.

Woohoooo time to clean up the headlight bowls!
